• Features: A fine quality, heavy yielding variety with excellent flavour. Slow to bolt. This versatile spinach variety produces well over a lengthy growing season.
• Maturity: Matures in 40-48 days
• Light: Plant in full sun.
• Soil and water: Moist but well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. Keep soil evenly moist.
• Spacing: Space 15cm (6") apart.
• Height: Grows xxcm (xx") in height.
• Garden use: Vegetable gardens or raised beds.
• Growing tips: Keep soil consistently moist throughout the growing season. Evenly moist soil is the key to tender flavour. Mulch soil to reduce water evaporation and keep leaves clean from splashing soil.
• Culinary use: Use as cooked vegetable or in salads. Excellent flavour. High in nutrition.

Harvest leaves as soon as they’re large enough to eat. Pick outer leaves first and allow center leaves to enlarge to extend the harvest. Refrigerate unwashed leaves in a dry plastic bag in the crisper for up to 5 days.
