Variety - Snowball Cauliflower.
Features - Choice white heads are round and compact.
How to grow - Plant in full sun.
Maturity - 50 to 70 days.
Soil - Requires well consolidated soil. Leave soil for several months
prior to planting.
Spacing - Plant 18" apart (46 cm), in rows 36" apart (91 cm).
Tips - In order to be good, cauliflower must be kept snowy white.
This is done by tying the leaves together over the heads, when the
heads are slightly smaller than a door knob. It must done before
any sunlight gets to the heads. The heads should be examined
periodically to see when they are ready to cut.
Uses - Use fresh or cooked.
