• 1 whole head of broccoli
• 3 cloves of garlic diced up
• 1 - 2 tbsp of oil
• soy sauce
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tbsp corn starch
• 2 - 4 drops brown gravy sauce (concentrated)
• powdered veg stock (can be bought in kosher section of supermarket)
Wash the broccoli very well. Cut it up into nice sized edible pieces.
Fill a cup up half way with water, to it add the corn starch, brown
gravy sauce, and the powdered veg stock. Mix well, and set aside.
Pour the oil into the wok, and heat it up. Add the garlic, and
saute it for a few minutes. Then add the broccoli, and saute for a
few minutes . Pour the liquid mixture over the broccoli, and continue
to saute. At this point you can add as much, or as little of the
soy sauce depending on your love for it. Saute for a few more minutes,
and bam!! a delicious dish awaits you.
